A lovely print of a small mouse among brambles. A fleeting glimpse of a little mouse running among ripening brambles on a very rainy day made me consider the circle of nature that small mammals have to contend with. Wild hedgerows support so much wildlife & we are lucky that we are surrounded by old hedgerows that do just that
Although each print is taken from the same block, the handprinted technique will result in each print having subtle differences, making each print unique.
Printed with Carbazole violet (dark aubergine almost black in appearance) safewash ink on Lokta Paper
This print is ready mounted in an ivory mount, complete with backing board inside a biodegradable cello bag, ready for your own frame.
The exterior of the mount measures approximately 30cm x 21cm with the internal aperture measuring approximately 22cm x 14.5cm
